The Oasis Bar cocktail menu contains 30 fantastic cocktails, a mix of popular classics and our own variations. The menu is split into sections based on the classics:

Martinis, Daquiris, Margaritas, Mojitos, Sours, Iced Teas, Caipirinias, Russians, Mules, and Cosmos. 

Each section contains the classic original cocktail along with two contemporary twists to tantalise your taste buds.  

If you've never really tried cocktails and are put off by the choice or don't really know which one is for you, speak to our bar staff who will be pleased to advise you or suggest a cocktail based on flavours you know you like.  

Cocktails can take a little time to make, so we may not be able to offer them at peak service times - why not join us for an early pre-dinner drink on your way to one of the High Street restaurants to start the evening off with something special.
